You may return any unit to us within 30 Days of purchase and we will credit back your order less a 15% re-stocking fee. This is for returns not having to do with defects in manufacturing or obvious unit malfunctions. The reason for the re-stocking fee is that all returned units must be re-calibrated in order to be put back into stock.

Email customer service at sales@sensorcon.com to initiate your return. For a 30 day return, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges to send the unit back to our facility.

If the unit was defective upon arrival or malfunctions within the warranty period, contact customer service at sales@sensorcon.com and customer service will help you troubleshoot and determine if the unit needs to be returned. If the unit does require further evaluation at our facility, we will issue you an RMA number and send you a prepaid shipping label. Once the defective product has been received, we will promptly repair or replace it if needed.

What is covered by the Sensorcon warranty? 

  • Lightly broken/cracked cases
  • Cracked screens
  • Failed sensors
  • Device malfunctions (sound, vibration, screen, etc. not working)


Negligence Cause:
Units found to be clearly destroyed by negligence (i.e. Dropped from significant height, run over by a vehicle, crushed, etc.) will not be covered by the Sensorcon warranty. 

PLEASE NOTE: Repairs and replacements can take up to 5 business days to complete and return.

PLEASE NOTE: To stay within warranty, please do not open the unit. While many of our customers are technically affluent, opening the unit to do your own repairs or investigations will void the warranty.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have already opened the unit, the warranty will be void and this will become an out of warranty repair (see below).

If your unit has stopped functioning or has been damaged and has passed its warranty period, you can send it back to us and for $69 we will replace the sensor, battery, any broken or damaged components, and perform a full calibration. It's essentially like buying a brand new device for less than half the cost of a new one as a benefit of being a Sensorcon customer! There is no limit to how many times this can be done, so you can keep your first purchase going as long as you desire.

Our Shipping Department operates Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST. 


Order Processing Times:

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Thursday will ship within two business days, based on the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Same-day shipping is available for orders placed before 10:00 AM EST, Monday through Thursday, when choosing FedEx 2-Day or FedEx Priority Overnight at checkout. Same-day shipping is subject to product availability.
  • Product availability can be confirmed after customer emails Customer Service at sales@sensorcon.com with order number.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Thursday will be processed the following Monday, as our Shipping Department is closed Friday through Sunday.
  • For all orders shipping outside of the United Sates, the customer will be responsible for any duty fees.
